Two Bowls, One Kitchen
Most poke spots stay in their lane — we didn't. Alongside customizable poke bowls, we built a ramen program serious enough to compete: rich tonkotsu broth, jammy eggs, noodles that make you slow down.

Every bowl is assembled live at the counter — base, protein, toppings, your call. Fast-casual done the way it should be: personal, intentional, exactly to taste.
